Who we are
Established in 1994 by public relations consultant and former journalist, Mike Sunier and experienced marketing strategist Marianne Sunier, the agency is an independent, family owned business committed always to a highly personal service.
Since formation in Jersey, Channel Islands, we have advised internationally focused corporate clients on communications strategies in support of business development and marketing plans.
We have advised many of our leading clients consistently for up to ten years or more. They generally have their headquarters in Jersey and Guernsey but our consultancy services extend to other locations where they do business including London, Luxembourg, the Isle of Man, Gibraltar, Malta, Cayman, the BVI, Hong Kong and Singapore.

MIKE SUNIER
Managing Director
Mike has been at the forefront in advising on PR for the financial services industry since 1990. The agency founder and the first Jersey-based PR practitioner to be awarded a Fellowship by the CIPR, Mike has led and managed PR campaigns for global organisations throughout his career.
ADAM RIDDELL
Director
Adam leads on PR strategy for a number of major international financial services businesses and public sector organisations and maintains strong media contacts in London and a range of IFCs globally. He is formerly Chair of the IoD Jersey's PR sub-committee, is a CIPR Chartered Practitioner and a CIPR Fellow, having helped found the Channel Islands PR Forum and made it possible to sit CIPR qualifications in the Channel Islands for the first time.
LIBBY JONES
Senior Account Manager
Libby is a communications professional with more than 15 years’ experience in public relations, journalism and marketing. Starting her career as a journalist in London, Libby worked in local government public relations before moving to Jersey in 2012. Before joining Crystal, she worked for the promotional body for the island’s finance industry managing campaigns to promote key research papers, events and communications as well as working with local, trade and national news organisations on Jersey finance sector focussed news stories.
