Originally established in 1994 by the late financial public relations consultant and journalist, Mike Sunier and experienced marketing strategist Marianne Sunier, the agency is an independent, client-focused business concentrating on providing clients with the appropriate strategy and guidance their business needs, committed always to providing a personal, high-quality service.
Since its formation in Jersey, Channel Islands, we have advised a broad range of local and internationally-focused corporate clients on their communications strategies in support of marketing and business plans. We actively build strong relationships with clients, acting as an extension of their internal teams, and are proud that we have advised many blue-chip businesses consistently for ten years or more.
While many of our clients have their headquarters in Jersey or Guernsey, our consultancy services are global, extending to London, Luxembourg, the Isle of Man, Ireland, Gibraltar, the Cayman Islands, the BVI, the US, Hong Kong and Singapore.
Adam Riddell
Managing Client Director
Adam oversees and leads on PR strategy for major international financial services businesses and public sector organisations and maintains strong media contacts in London and a range of IFCs globally.
With two decades of PR experience, he is formerly Chair of the IoD Jersey’s PR sub-committee, a CIPR Chartered Practitioner and a CIPR Fellow, having helped found the Channel Islands PR Forum. A mentor for the CIPR, Adam is a firm believer in supporting new entrants to the industry. He holds the CIPR’s Diplomas in Public Relations and Digital Communications.
Libby Jones
Senior Account Manager
Libby is a communications professional with more than 15 years’ experience in public relations, journalism and marketing. Starting her career as a journalist in London, Libby worked in local government public relations before moving to Jersey in 2012.
Before joining Crystal, she worked for the promotional body for the island’s finance industry managing campaigns to promote key research papers, events and communications as well as working with local, trade and national news organisations on Jersey finance sector focussed news stories.
Alex Sunier
Operations and Finance Director
Alex is a strategic operations and communications professional with over 12 years of experience in the advertising and communication agencies. Over a career spanning roles in both London and Sydney, he has been instrumental in overseeing communication strategies and substantial go-to-market budgets for a diverse portfolio of major international clients, including QBE, PwC, GSK, and News Corp Australia.
He brings extensive experience in enhancing agency service to Crystal, where he will be a key addition to the team serving a portfolio of blue-chip finance, legal, and digital clients.
