The agency has long been a training ground for graduates with ambitions for a long term career in the industry and to date a total of 16 graduates have taken their first serious steps in PR with Crystal. They learn through a structured training programme led by the managing director and are encouraged to take courses through the Chartered Institute of Public Relations (CIPR).
At least eight of those employees have since moved on to more senior roles in either PR or marketing and two others later established their own PR consultancies. A previous member of the team won the CIPR national accolade ‘Young Communicator of the Year’ and the agency’s senior director who started his PR career here, was instrumental in introducing nationally recognised training schemes in the Channel Islands and is currently heading up the Channel Islands branch of the CIPR.
A rare opportunity is available to join the growing Crystal PR client team in Jersey. The role would suit a communications professional committed to developing their career and looking to take on more responsibility in handling the needs of clients.
