The agency has long been a training ground for graduates with ambitions for a long term career in the industry and to date a total of 16 graduates have taken their first serious steps in PR with Crystal. They learn through a structured training programme led by the managing director and are encouraged to take courses through the Chartered Institute of Public Relations (CIPR).

 

At least eight of those employees have since moved on to more senior roles in either PR or marketing and two others later established their own PR consultancies. A previous member of the team won the CIPR national accolade ‘Young Communicator of the Year’ and the agency’s senior director who started his PR career here, was instrumental in introducing nationally recognised training schemes in the Channel Islands and is a former chair of the Channel Islands branch of the CIPR.

We have vacancies for those keen to work in the fast-paced global corporate communications and public relations sector. The first would suit a graduate looking for a full-time entry role into the industry, while we are also keen to recruit a candidate with communications or media experience seeking a new opportunity, perhaps in a part-time role.

 

A talent for writing to a high standard and an interest in current affairs are essential, whilst experience in social media and digital communications is also desireable.
