Crystal PR founders, Mike and Marianne Sunier, firmly believe in nurturing young PR talent by employing graduates and training them to a standard that enables them to work successfully in the industry.
The agency has always been a training ground for graduates with ambitions for a career in the public relations industry. Since 1994, a total of 14 graduates have taken their first serious steps in PR by joining Crystal.
They learn through a structured, tailored training programme led by the managing director and are encouraged to undertake courses through the Chartered Institute of Public Relations (CIPR).
At least seven of those employees have since moved on to more senior roles in either PR or marketing and two others later established their own PR consultancies.
